The City of Strongsville hired Euthenics to perform a preliminary feasibility traffic study for potential interchange configurations at I-71 and Boston Road. The study evaluated whether interchange alternatives could improve traffic delays for travelers through the study region from S.R. 82 on the north to S.R. 303 on the south.
