BROOKPARK ROAD RESURFACING

Euthenics provided construction administration services for the City of Brook Park's annual street repair projects. As Euthenics' representative to the City, Edward Piatak managed pavement replacement and resurfacing projects, sewerage improvements, and municipal site improvements. He oversaw the City's Pavement Management Program, which outlined remedial recommendations for streets included in the annual street repair program and identified and prioritized larger standalone projects. The street repair and replacement program averaged nearly $1 million annually for ten years under Mr. Piatak's direction. Construction-phase responsibilities included managing inspectors, coordinating testing, preparing pay estimates, reviewing certified payroll records, tracking quantities, and resolving conflicts between plan and field conditions.
