Project overview

Scope & delivery

Euthenics provided engineering and surveying services for the site development plans for the Ralph Regula Federal Building in Downtown Canton, Ohio. Euthenics' services included an ALTA/ACSM land title survey as well as the design of the roadway and parking areas, traffic control signage, storm and sanitary sewers, water lines, post-construction BMPs for stormwater runoff, grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and utility coordination. LEED, the Green Building Rating System, credits were obtained for the final site drainage design by reducing the volume stormwater runoff by 25% over the pre-development runoff rate.
