Euthenics provided engineering and surveying services to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report and final plans for replacement of the existing Gates Mills Road culvert and headwalls in the City of Medina. The proposed structure was a four-sided precast concrete box culvert with a 5-foot rise and 12-foot width. Final plans were submitted in 2021.
