KAPLAN TRUCKING SITE DEVELOPMENT

Euthenics completed the topographic survey and site development plans for this commercial trucking facility on a 4.6 acre site in Valley View, Ohio. The survey included an ALTA/ACSM land title survey. Utility, grading and pavement plans were developed for the one story building including plans for 140 parking stalls. A stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) was included and submitted for approval to the Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District. Underground detention chambers were specified to satisfy Ohio EPA stormwater requirements.
