Shaker Heights hired Euthenics to perform design services to analyze the intersection of Shaker Boulevard and Warrensville Center Road to improve operations. Work included traffic analysis and design of signal systems and plans to maintain traffic during construction. Pavement section includes bike lanes and pavement markings and signage. Plans conform to ODOT standards.
