Project overview

Scope & delivery

The project included superstructure and substructure repairs to the 15-span, 2,880-foot-long historic Detroit-Superior Bridge. Euthenics provided survey and mapping and prepared right-of-way plans for this major bridge rehabilitation project. Survey was performed in accordance with ODOT Survey and Mapping Specifications. Euthenics obtained nine temporary easements for the repair work areas, obtained and analyzed title reports and record documents from Cuyahoga County records, and used boundary survey data to determine property lines, existing right-of-way, and utility easements. The Euthenics survey team coordinated closely with the bridge designer so the survey and right-of-way work supported the bridge rehabilitation design and schedule.
